The backpack is adorable and fits my skates perfectly. I don’t need to carry much else in the bag, but there is ample space for skate keys, wallet, snacks, phone. Can’t wait to show this bag off to my skater friends!
Very quick shipping and very happy with the quality of this backpack! I got this mostly to cart my skates to training, along with some protective gear. In terms of size this fits my Edea skates, then inside I can fit: wrist guards, padded butt shorts, dance knee pads (soft), Edea spinner, skipping rop and a case of skate tools. The small isn't quite big enough to also fit in spare wheels on top of this, so if you are needing to take multiple types of wheels or thick derby pads I would opt for the larger size. Since I wanted the backpack to be small and multipurpose, so I could also take it on recreational long river skates, this size is perfect for me though :)
I LOVE my Big'Jo V2 bag! I got it in black because I live in NYC and let's be honest, this city is gross and it will be on the ground some. I'm glad I did and I just added some cute pins to the front to give it some life! I have inlines vs quads and was struggling to find a cute bag to carry them in that also will hold my pads. This has been the perfect bag. I recently traveled to Atlanta with it and it was so easy to carry around the airport. I had my laptop in the bag also and it didn't feel heavy at all. I'm so glad I got this bag!

Is this bag only suitable for roller skates?
No, we designed this bag to accommodate all types of skates; even inline and ice skates can fit. You can also use it for your daily activities.
We've specially designed a spacious skate compartment to comfortably accommodate various skate types, including larger sizes and wheels. You can customize this space according to your skate size using the adjustable straps.
Additionally, the top clips evenly distribute the size and weight of your skates, ensuring a comfortable fit.
How should I clean my bag?
We recommend avoiding machine washing. However, if you choose to machine wash for a single instance, using a low temperature and a short program should not pose a problem. For routine cleaning, we suggest a gentle hand wash with mild soap and water or simply wiping the bag with a damp, soapy cloth. Ensure the bag is dried thoroughly afterward.
The color I want is not available in the stock. When will it be available?

What do I need to know about taxes when making a purchase?
For orders shipped to Europe, we collect the tax amount, up to 150 Euros, during the order placement process and pay it on your behalf to your government. In other words, if your order from Europe is below 150 Euros, you won't have to pay any taxes.
For orders shipped to the United States, there are no taxes on orders up to 800 dollars. As long as regulations remain unchanged, you won't be required to pay taxes on orders up to 800 dollars.
For countries outside of Europe and the United States, taxes may be applicable upon delivery. There may not be regulations in your country for small shipments, and unfortunately, we do not have the capability to remotely pay potential tax amounts.
