Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We've shipped to many different countries so far. If there are any exceptional circumstances regarding your region or address, feel free to contact us. :)
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours at the latest, and your cargo tracking number will be entered into the system within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Average delivery time for United States: 3-5 business days.
Average delivery time for Canada: 4-6 business days.
Average delivery time for United Kingdom: 2-4 business days.
Average delivery time for Europe: 2-4 business days.
Average delivery time for Australia: 5-7 business days.
Average delivery time for Asian Countries: 5-7 business days.
Maximum arrival time is 6-8 business days.
Your orders are delivered via FedEx and UPS.
Delivery times may vary depending on the workload of the courier company.
The provided delivery times are based on information from the courier company and our experience so far.
If you think your shipment is significantly delayed, you can email us or contact the courier company in your area for information about your shipment.
Will I have to pay for shipping?
For purchases over $50 to the USA, Canada, Europe, and the UK, you won't incur any shipping charges. For other countries, we kindly request a $20 shipping fee.
Taxes
For orders shipped to Europe, we collect the tax amount, up to 150 Euros, during the order placement process and pay it on your behalf to your government. In other words, if your order from Europe is below 150 Euros, you won't have to pay any taxes.
For orders shipped to the United States, there are no taxes on orders up to 800 dollars. As long as regulations remain unchanged, you won't be required to pay taxes on orders up to 800 dollars.
For countries outside of Europe and the United States, taxes may be applicable upon delivery. There may not be regulations in your country for small shipments, and unfortunately, we do not have the capability to remotely pay potential tax amounts. We are not responsible for any taxes that may arise upon delivery.
