The order shipped within 5 mins and arrived in Australia within 4 days (amazing, right?!) with accurate tracking etc. I ordered a flawed big jo but could not find any flaws! The customer service is really delightful and so responsive. Would I buy again? Absolutely. Hope they extend their range. If only this lil business made more things as they are really showing how it should be done.
I finally got a Big Jo v2 bag and pouch. In my favorite color lavender. It was 175.00 after shipping. I haven't used it yet. I will soon.
Excellent customer service — I have never experienced service from a retailer as fantastic as Pop In’Jo. The team was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely honest, which made the whole experience so refreshing and enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond!
fun and practical design with a good amount of storage
Everyone saw my mini Jo and starts asking about it!
Love my new Lil Jo v2 by Popin'Jo. Best little bag to take to skate class, or to ride the bike to the skate park with. Very happy with my purchase and excited to use my bag this summer in Australia 🇦🇺 😀 🛼
This will be a Christmas gift, so I can't report on much yet, but the Lil jo seems very well constructed and has such a popping color! I know my skater will love it! Order came so fast, too!
