The order shipped within 5 mins and arrived in Australia within 4 days (amazing, right?!) with accurate tracking etc. I ordered a flawed big jo but could not find any flaws! The customer service is really delightful and so responsive. Would I buy again? Absolutely. Hope they extend their range. If only this lil business made more things as they are really showing how it should be done.
I finally got a Big Jo v2 bag and pouch. In my favorite color lavender. It was 175.00 after shipping. I haven't used it yet. I will soon.
